Warranty Information


AquaOrb Entertainment Inc. warrants that the products are free from defects in workmanship, material and production for the original purchaser for a period of 3, 6, 12, 24 months (depending on the inflatable) from the date of purchase. This warranty is against manufacturing defects and is subject to the following limitations:

  1. The warranty is only valid with the original invoice and indicating the serial number of your product.

  2. The warranty is only valid when the product is used for recreational and normal commercial activities, it doesn’t cover use in schools or rental operations.

  3. AquaOrb will make the final determination of the warranty which may require the inspection and / or photos of the product that clearly show the defect (s). We may request these products to be sent to a repair center of our choice, with the logistics costs prepaid by the customer.

  4. The claim is required to be made via web by visiting the CLIENT AREA at https://www.AquaOrb.com/customers-area/ by clicking on "Open a Claim Ticket" and providing details, photos, and any necessary content to help us identify problems.

  5. If a product is found to be defective by AquaOrb, the warranty covers the repair or replacement of the defective product (depending on the % of the damage), a bonus or discount is granted on future orders. AquaOrb will not be responsible for any cost, loss or damage incurred as a result of the loss of use of the product, as well as it is not responsible for logistics expenses generated by the return of the product or replacement.

  6. The customer assumes all shipping costs associated with any warranty claim. If AquaOrb requests that the product be sent to our warehouses or to one of our allies, to be repaired, the client must assume transportation costs.

  7. This warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, abuse, neglect or normal wear and tear, including but not limited to punctures, dragging the product on the ground, damage due to excessive exposure to the sun or seam damage due to excess inflation in the sun, damage caused by misuse and storage, damage caused by use in waves or breakers, damage caused by incorrect maintenance or lack of maintenance, damage caused by something other than defects in materials and production, damage caused by saltwater, and deterioration due to the use of chemicals.

  8. This warranty is void if unauthorized repairs, changes, or modifications are made to any part of the equipment. Authorization for all this must come in written form from AquaOrb.

  9. The warranty for any repaired or replacement equipment is valid only from the date of original purchase and only to the original purchaser of the product.

  10. Any warranty claim must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt. The name of the seller and the date of purchase must be clear and legible, as well as the serial number.

  11. There are no warranties that extend beyond the warranty stated here

Returns and Service Policy


The product can be returned to our authorized facilities or repair centers only if AquaOrb ™ provides you with a Return Authorization (RA) number in advance. Any shipping cost of the returned product must be prepaid or it will not be accepted. Once the product is received, we will make a decision within (30 days). If the product is covered by the guarantee, it will be returned to the customer at our expense after making the necessary repairs (except for nationalization, import, customs duties or taxes). If not, the client will receive a quote for repair and / or replacement, as well as any other cleaning and international / national shipping costs, as the case may be. The customer has a period of 30 days to accept the offer. At the end of the 30-day period, or upon rejecting the offer, we will return the product in the condition in which it was received at the customer's expense. If the offer is accepted, the customer must pay for it.


All of our AquaOrb ™ inflatable open water products are marked with a serial number on safety labels. This number identifies your order and products and helps us combat the copycat and plagiarism of our AquaOrb ™ inflatable games.
